Our talents, leading ambassadors of our values

Interview with Valérie Roches, Human Resources Director.

In its brand new version, Groupe Marck’s website devotes a special place to its human resources, to the men and women who embody its values and carry out an activity and know-how that is both historical and modern.

These are the talents that continue to build Marck Group, an industrial group that is agile and customer-oriented, a reference in the clothing and equipment for security forces and large companies.

“Through the testimonies of our employees that we are publish in the “Talents” tab on our website, we can see the materialisation and concrete application of our values”,

says Valérie Roches, Human Resources Director.

Respect, diversity, know-how, cohesion and evolution: these 5 major values that make up the DNA of Groupe Marck are personified by all the employees in the articles, interviews, portraits and career paths published in the “Talents” section. “Whatever their profession, the subsidiary in which they work, their hierarchical level or their geographical position, they are the ones who best embody and promote the values that unite us all.” These values are rigorously monitored to ensure that all employees – and first and foremost the managers – adopt them as their own.

The future recruits of the Groupe shall in turn adopt and perpetuate these 5 collective values. To attract the best talents, a “Recruitment” section presents the Group’s job offers, updated in real time (permanent and fixed-term contracts).

“An average of ten ads are published on-line per month, accompanied by a comprehensive job description so that candidates can make sure in one click that the position corresponds to their expectations and skills. All these job ads are distributed simultaneously to employees to encourage and enable internal mobility.”

notes Valérie Roches.

To apply, internet users can access a short form and just need to fill in their full name and e-mail address, attach their CV and, if they so wish, write a message. All this information is then transmitted to the Human Resources Managers who will process and assess all the applications themselves. It should be noted that internet users can, using this form, submit an unsolicited application. https://www.groupemarck.fr/offres-emploi/
